Eric Baldwin

CEO

As the CEO of Excellence Expected Home Health Services, Eric Baldwin is responsible for running all facets of the business. Eric has a proven executive management track record and experience driving quality care within Excellence Expected's company culture, while simultaneously stimulating growth within the healthcare industry. Prior to creating Excellence Expected, Eric spent a significant amount of time in finance and customer relations where he served in management for several years. Previous to those years, Eric worked for Belmont Pines Hospital in Youngstown, OH where he served as a Behavioral Technician. Belmont Pines Hospital gave Eric his start in direct care for individuals in need. During those years Eric mastered working with individuals with mental and emotional challenges by helping them to develop coping mechanisms and positive perspectives on life. Eric is an Ohio native and grew up in Youngstown, OH before heading to Canton, OH where he now resides. He holds a B.A. from Hiram College, and an Executive MBA from Kent State University.

Stephanie Baldwin

COO

Stephanie Baldwin is an owner and the Chief Operating Officer of Excellence Expected Home Health Services, LLC. In this role, Stephanie works alongside the company’s Chief Executive Officer to ensure the company is meeting its maximum potential. Stephanie has over 3 years of experience in the developmental disability field, and prior to starting Excellence Expected with husband and CEO, Eric Baldwin; she worked in the accounting and financial reporting field for 13 years. As a graduate of the University of Akron, Stephanie has utilized her business and financial background to assist in managing the structure and overall operations of the company. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions, Stephanie has worked in the capacity of a Direct Support Professional, House Manager, District Manager and Regional Manager. She has honed her professional skills in order to design and implement new processes, create company policies to facilitate productivity and efficiency and to encourage employees to meet goals that align with the company’s original vision by ensuring proper employee training.

Tricia Conlon

District Manager

Tricia Conlon comes to Excellence Expected Home Health Services as a District Manager. Prior to working at Excellence Expected, Tricia spent 15 years in customer relations, 10 of those years spent in management. Tricia enjoys the work that she does while supporting the team that she manages. When asked what she enjoys most, Tricia said "My favorite part about my current position is building relationships with clients, support systems and our staff. I am passionate about supporting our individuals to reach their true potential in life."

Cara Armitage

District Manager

Cara is a District Manager for Excellence Expected Home Health Services. She comes to Excellence Expected with over 20 years of experience in customer relations. Cara works diligently to ensure that her clients and team members have the most positive environment and experiences possible. She enjoys having the opportunity of meeting new clients to serve and she is passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential. Cara is originally from the city of Akron, but now resides in Navarre. Her goal is to have a positive and lasting impact in the developmental disabilities field here in Northeast Ohio.
