Eric Baldwin
CEO

As CEO of Excellence Expected Home Health Services, Eric Baldwin stands at the helm of a company defined by its unwavering commitment to superior care and human dignity. With a visionary mindset and a hands-on approach to leadership, Eric orchestrates every facet of the business—fusing compassionate service with strategic innovation to elevate standards across the home healthcare industry.
Eric’s path to excellence is anything but ordinary. Before founding his company, he built an impressive foundation in finance and customer relations, thriving in management roles that sharpened his analytical edge and deepened his understanding of client-centric service. But it was his early experience at Belmont Pines Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio—where he served as a Behavioral Technician—that truly shaped his mission. There, he walked alongside individuals facing mental and emotional challenges, helping them rewrite their narratives through resilience, empathy, and practical coping strategies. It was more than a job—it was the spark that ignited a lifelong devotion to care.
A proud Ohio native, Eric was raised in Youngstown and now calls Canton home. He earned his B.A. from Hiram College and later pursued an Executive MBA from Kent State University, equipping him with the academic precision and leadership acumen needed to scale a thriving healthcare organization.
Today, Eric Baldwin is more than a CEO—he’s a catalyst for hope, a steward of excellence, and a tireless advocate for the people behind the patient charts. His journey reflects not just professional success but a powerful belief: that care, when done right, transforms lives.
